EMAIL ACCOUNTS:

At GA WebServices, we feel it is imperative that customers utilize their domain name in their email addresses.   Many companies have great looking websites only to utilize or xxx@hotmail.comor xxx@gmail.comas their email accounts.   Why advertise for Microsoft and Google? They have enough money.   Advertise for YOUR website with each and every email that you send.    kim@yourcompany.comshould be your email account.     We will host your email accounts (up to 20) and also provide SPAM filtering and VIRUS protection on each and every account.    We can also provide many generic email accounts such as info@yourcompany.com or questions@yourcompany.com, etc.     These generic accounts can then be automatically forwarded to the person that you designate responsible or YOU!.  But as employees change, you don’t have to worry about missing emails.  Just change the forwards on the generic emails and you will never miss an important email.

With this option, each GA WebServices account comes with a complete Webmail solution, so you can check your e-mail anytime, anywhere. Your mailbox has its own address book, basic and advanced e-mail filters, as well as multi-language e-mail support. You can view, compose, forward, save, and edit your messages, as well as set privacy options, and customize most other features. 

The address of your online Webmail is easy to remember - just add "/webmail" after your domain name, such as http://www.yourcompany.com/webmail. Enter your e-mail account username and password, and you are ready to go! 

Or you can elect to use any POP3 email program such as Microsoft Outlook.   Our email accounts work GREAT with most all email clients.
